The 36th Annual FAML Gun Show has been cancelled
For the past 36 years putting on a quality Gun Show
for both the public and the dealers has been a priority of Fort Atkinson
Muzzleloaders. As all of you
know Gun Shows are becoming something of the past due to the aging of
the dealers and the fact that people can buy guns sitting in their
living room recliner versus coming to a gun show to strike a deal.
Due to the drastically reduced number of tables
sold this year to date, the lack of inquiries to purchase tables and an
11am football game, we have decided to cancel our Gun Show that was
scheduled for September 15 & 16, 2018 in Fremont NE.
For 36 years we have put on our gun show. This was a very hard decision for our club to make but we feel it is the best decision possible. We will look to potentially do a show in future years at a smaller location and if we do, we hope you would come back and support our show. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation causes you. We felt that making this decision well in advance of the show was the only fair way to handle this situation.
